A notorious fraudster on Instagram has been caught pant down and arrested in Port Harcourt.
The fraudster, @hotty_hottyy who allegedly rob girls through the internet, has finally been nabbed red-handed after being set up.
One of his victims, THAT KOGI GIRL (@preddywealth) posted the shocking photo on social media, bragging about his arrest despite series of denials.
