They say these are the 5 ways Apostle Johnson Suleman can prove his innocence in Ms Otobo's sex mess

The damaging allegations by Canada based singer, Stephanie Otobo, that Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide was her lover can be debunked easily.

All ‘the man of God’ needs to do – to prove his innocence that he never had sex with the stripper, never exchanged lewd text messages and chatted with her on Skype showing her his manhood – is to pass the following tests:
1.) Provide his passport for examination to show that he was never in the same foreign country listed by her accuser at the same time.

Stephanie listed Naples (Italy) and

New York  (United States of America) as places they engaged in sex.
Once both are never in those places, his case becomes easier.

2.)  He should provide evidence that the money he gave her were for business and assistance.
And the amount should be in the church’s records. Or in the records of his personal expenses clearly identified as such. 3.) He should tell  Nigerians what the subject of blackmail is.
And details of when the blackmail and extortion started, and what he did to the threat.

4.) Submit his phones, iPad and laptop for forensic examination to show that he never had sexual conversations with Stephanie.
Stephanie Otobo should provide all the telephone numbers and accounts used in the so-called conversations and chats.

5.) He should present himself to the police where both parties will be interviewed.
Since a crime of extortion and blackmail is being pursued, not to talk of the libel of monumental proportion, the meeting will go a long way between accuser and accused.

The purpose is for both to debunk allegations leveled by the other party. One claimed they met, the other denied.
Stephanie has to do more than the flippant details she’s providing.  She has to remember dates and places and events that can be easily corroborated.

How a Fake chemist mitakenly killed a pregnant woman who wanted to have an abortion...

Police in Cross river state have paraded a 30-year-old drug dispenser from Akamkpa Local Government Area, Godswill Umoren, for allegedly injecting a pregnant woman, Mrs. Uduak Udofia, in an attempt to abort her pregnancy.

The injection, Southern City News reports, led to the death of Mrs. Udofia on February 11, 2017.

Umoren, who claimed to be a chemist, was said have administered the injection following the advice of the deceased’s husband, Mr. Sunday Udofia.

Parading the suspect alongside 21 other alleged criminals at the headquarters of the Cross River State Police Command in Calabar, the state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hafiz Inuwa, said that the administered injection was meant to terminate the pregnancy of the deceased.

Inuwa said the suspect had confessed to the crime and would soon be charged to the court.

He said,
“On February 11, 2017, one Sunday Udofia reported at Akamkpa Police Division that a chemist identified as Godswill Umoren had, in a bid to terminate and abort the pregnancy of his wife, Uduak Udofia, administered injection which led to her death. The suspect has confessed to the offence and will soon appear in court.”
But Umoren, who is an indigene of Ikot-Ekpene in Akwa Ibom State, admitted to administering the injection despite not being a qualified health worker. He said,
“I was the one that gave her the injection. Her husband called me to his house to examine his sick wife. I asked her what happened, she said that she was having body pain and they bought drugs for her. When I gave her the injection initially, she did not die.
“I am not a medical personnel, I learnt how to administer drugs and inject patients from my brother who is a doctor. I only helped her to recover.”

Saturday daily devotional by Pastor E. A. Adeboye ( Open Heavens 11 March 2017) – When His Voice Thunders

Topic: When His Voice Thunders [Saturday 11, March 2017]

Memorise: For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod. - Isaiah 30:31

Read: Psalm 29:3-9 (KJV)

3 The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.

4 The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

5 The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

7 The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.

8 The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

9 The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

Bible in One Year: Genesis 46-47, Isaiah 57

MESSAGE:

“But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!” - Matthew 8:27

Are you currently in a state of perplexity? Does it seem as if the devil has vowed to sink the boat of your life? I have good news for you: he is only joking. Why? One reason why the boat of your life cannot sink is because all the elements, wind, storm and waves working against your boat were created by God, and they must hear His voice and obey Him. The disciples could not believe their eyes when they saw the manifestation of this. Jesus spoke to the contrary wind and the waves of the sea and they obeyed him. This season, everything working contrary to your boat and sail will hear the voice of the Master and beat a retreat in Jesus’ Name.

Everything God has created treats His voice with fear and awe. According to today’s reading, this voice is so powerful and awesome that there is no one and nothing that can withstand it. When the Lord speaks, thunder and lightning follow (Isaiah 30:30). When He speaks, the world beholds the true majesty of God. When He speaks, mighty cedar trees are split in pieces. When He speaks, the hottest of fires is cooled. When He speaks, the earth shakes and the wilderness quakes. When He speaks, hidden secrets are exposed and the impossible became possible. What can resist God’s voice? Nothing in or out of this world can! Today, the Lord will speak into your situation and every force or power actively working against you will take their flight. Yes, when He speaks, everything standing in His way will have to give way. At a point in time, the Philistines gathered together to invade Israel like they had done in times past. Samuel cried to the Lord and the voice of the Lord sounded from heaven to roundly defeat them. They never invaded Israel again after this (1 Samuel 7:8-13). As God speaks into your situation today, the speed at which your oppressors will disappear will be quite amazing. Look around you today, what are those things that have refused to let you go forward? Call on the Lord to speak into your situation now and there shall be change. The Lord will speak into your life, family, work place, finances and academics today, and all your enemies shall scatter.

Prayer Point: Father, Lazarus heard Your voice and he came out of the grave. Speak into my life and let every opposing circumstances be silenced now.

Awkward moment U.S-based Nigerian man got disgraced after storming Unizik to beat up his supposed lover's boyfriend (Photos)

There was drama at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University School of Pharmacy, Agulu, Anambra State, today, when a man who just returned from the U.S, stormed the campus, to fight for the love of his supposed girlfriend.

Trouble started, last night, when he called the girl, while studying during night class, and that girl's boyfriend, on campus, picked the call. In the course of their conversation, the boyfriend threatened to beat the U.S returnee.

Angered by the threat, he went to the campus today to teach him a lesson. On getting there, he called the supposed boyfriend, but coincidentally, an innocent student was also receiving a call close by.

Thinking that the innocent student was the boyfriend and was answering his call, he pounced on him and started beating him until security operatives intervened. He and his accomplice were eventually disgraced out of the campus.

'More victims are coming out, real 'Omega Fire' is coming'-Keyamo Chambers warns Apostle Suleman

The Festus Keyamo Chambers in Lagos today warned Apostle Johnson Suleman, Pastor and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, to prepare for war over Stephanie Otobo, who kicked off a firestorm recently when she alleged an amorous relationship with him.

Among others, the law firm said today in a press statement that not only does it have graphic proof of the pastor’s relationship with Ms. Otobo, but that other “unfortunate victims” of his have come forward and are also itching to tell their story, with proofs.
On Thursday evening, Apostle Johnson Suleman’s lawyer demanded that Mr. Keyamo, whose law firm is representing Ms. Otobo, retract all publications, apologize publicly to him, and pay him N1bn
for alleged blackmail and injuries inflicted on him.

In the response, signed by two lawyers of the Keyamo Chambers, Uchenna B. Moneke and Oluwafemi O.N. Olabisi, the firm noted that Keyamo, its Head of Chambers, is not personally involved in the matter and has been in Abuja during the controversy, and that its formal response to the “ill-advised” letter by the pastor’s lawyers is on its way to him.

“Apart from an informal and friendly phone conversation Mr. Festus Keyamo had with a reporter in Punch Newspapers and one other blog about this matter, Mr. Keyamo has never personally signed or issued any letter or press release on this issue,” the statement said. Warning that all of Pastor Suleman’s allegations of some imaginary grand conspiracy being perpetrated against him are not only pathetic but are ludicrous and a nonsensical smokescreen, the law firm said it had the instruction of Ms. Otobo to ask Apostle Suleman the following questions:

Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be paying millions into the account of our client who he calls a “stripper” all the way in Canada.
Whether it is his special calling as a so-called “man of God” to be paying millions to strippers and prostitutes to leave their trade, when there are poor women and widows within his congregation in Nigeria that need help badly.
Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be exchanging amorous text messages with a girl he calls “a stripper”. These text messages would all be investigated and revealed when full criminal investigations commence.
Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be having Skype conversations with Miss Stephanie Otobo and to be requesting her to open her bare breasts to him.
Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that told him to be exposing his private part to Miss Stephanie on Skype; which pictures are in our custody.
“We make bold to say that when criminal investigations commence, all these text messages and pictures would be subjected to serious forensic analysis, and the truth would be established,” the statement said.
“The hotels they slept in and the evidence of their meetings in and out of this country would be revealed. The pitiable excuse of “photoshop” has become a convenient escape route for all culprits caught on tape these days.” SahaReporters adds that the Chamber advised that Mr. Keyamo is not the real problem the pastor has.

“His problem is the little girl whom he thought he could easily take advantage of and destroy her life. Somehow, she has found the strength and the voice to fight back, and this is where we are now. Other unfortunate victims of this same self-proclaimed “Man of God” are also in touch with us now and are also itching to tell their story, with proofs.

'Going to prison was my punishment for sleeping with a married man'- Apostle Suleman's alleged lover, Stephanie says

Stephanie Otobo, the woman who alleged that she was having an affair with the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Suleman (which he denies), says going to prison for almost a week was her own punishment for sleeping with the married pastor.

Stephanie who will be addressing a press conference this morning, fulfilled her bail condition and regained her freedom after she had been remanded in police custody at Ikoyi prison since on Friday last week. Speaking to the press after her release, Stephanie said going to prison has made her closer to God

"Yes, I went to prison and I think that was my own share of punishment for rolling with a married man after knowing he was married. That was not the right thing to do. But I believed him because when a superior person that you look closer to God through tells you something, I would think he is right because he is like closer to God because what do I know"she said

She says in the midst of all the scandal, she wants only the truth to come out.

"I want the truth to come out. Nothing but the truth and people need to know who he really is. Is he a true man of God or he is just using women"she said

Friday daily devotional by Pastor E. A. Adeboye (Open Heavens 10 March 2017) – When God Loses a Battle

Topic: When God Loses a Battle [Friday 10, March 2017]

Memorise: Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. - Psalm 24:8

Read: Acts 7:57-8:4 (KJV)

57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,

58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.

59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.

60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.

2 And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.

3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.

4 Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.

Bible in One Year: Genesis 44-45, Isaiah 56

MESSAGE:

For quite a long while in times past, I usually said that the Lord of Host never loses a battle, but quite recently, the Lord corrected me and said, “Son, I can lose a battle to win a war. I never lose a war. According to His divine wisdom, when it pleases the Lord, He can choose to lose a battle in order to win a war. He can give up a battle, but He has never lost a war. We need to tap into this divine wisdom and apply its principle in our lives. It’s all about looking at the bigger picture. You will gain more from winning a war than from winning a battle. You will also lose more when you lose a war than when you lose a battle. Some people are not ready to lose any battle, and as a result, they lose the war that is more crucial. Take for instance, evangelism. If you go to preach to an individual about Christ and an argument ensues, you are faced with the choice of winning a battle (the argument) or winning the soul of the sinner (a war). If you choose to win the argument, you will most likely lose that soul. This is why you should not get involved in arguments when preaching the gospel to unbelievers. Time to evangelise is not a time to argue about whose religion is more superior. Faith in Christ Jesus is more than just a religion. Simply tell the sinner about Jesus and God’s love towards him or her. Share your salvation experience with him or her. Stir up his or her interest in Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit will do the necessary work of conviction. After playing your part, you can then invite the person to surrender his or her life to Christ.

When you observe that God is seemingly losing a battle or battles, it is because there is a bigger war He wants to win. For instance, in the midst of intense persecution of the early Church, God allowed His beloved Stephen to be martyred. Why did He allow this? It’s because He wanted to win the war of saving the ring leader of Stephen’s murderers, Saul. Through Saul, He planned to convert whole cities and to virtually turn the world upside down, and He succeeded in this (Acts 17:6). At the end, it became a double gain for the Lord as Stephen had a triumphant entry into Heaven while Paul, who supervised his martyrdom, became a mightier instrument in the hand of God for the salvation of souls on a massive scale across the globe. This testimony about Paul in Acts 19:26 show the awesomeness of God’s wisdom:

“Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands:”

Anytime you follow God’s wisdom, you will know when to lose a battle in order to win a war.

Prayer Point: Father, teach me to give up the battle that will enable me to win the most crucial wars.

INEC announces dates for the 2019 elections, Ambode has called me only once since I handed over to him – Fashola and other major headline stories you missed today!

Dear KFBers, we have got loads of interesting stories in tonight's #MajorHeadlinesYouMissedToday feature...enjoy!

INEC announces dates for the 2019 elections

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed Saturday, February 16th, 2019 for the 2019 Presidential and National Assembly elections. While the Governorship/State Assembly/Federal Capital Territory Area Council Elections will hold on Saturday 2nd March 2019.

‘Enough is enough, stop making derogatory remarks about me’ – Sheriff warns Fayose

The embattled National Chairman of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Sen. Ali Modu has cautioned governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, and other members of the party against making derogatory remarks about him.
He gave the warning at a news conference organized by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party in Abuja.

Sheriff noted that while political party was a voluntary association people joined by choice, it should not provide room for trampling on the rights of others.
He said that Fayose had already made it a point of duty to insult his personality on daily basis, but said: “I want to tell him that enough is enough.

“Yes, you may have a right, but your right should not trample on another person’s right; political party is a voluntary association.

“If you are a leader of a political party, you have to allow people to have their choice of leadership. But, belonging to political party is by choice.”

The chairman, who further said he had no personal rift with Fayose or any party member, maintained that that all he was doing was to make PDP attractive to everybody.

“We want to reposition the party so that it can win elections,” he stated.

He also disclosed that as part of efforts to reunite the party members, he had contacted all the states governors of the party, including Mr Ayodele Fayose.

Sheriff, however, said the only governors he was yet to reach was Nyesom Wike of Rivers, who was said to be out of the country.

Ambode has called me only once since I handed over to him – Fashola

Minister of Works, Power and Housing, Babatunde Fashola has denied allegations that he is frustrating his successor as Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode.

Ambode had claimed that his attempt to take over the Presidential Lodge in Lagos has been stalled by Fashola’s ministry, despite President Muhammadu Buhari’s approval.

He also said the state’s application to reconstruct the international airport road from Oshodi, has also not been responded to.

In a statement issued on Thursday by Fashola’s media aide, Hakeem Bello, the former Governor denied all the allegations and said he only spoke with Ambode over the phone for the first time since May 29, 2015, last week.

FULL TEXT OF THE STATEMENT

The attention of the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing has been drawn to certain statements credited to the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode claiming that the “Federal Ministry of Works has been frustrating the efforts of his administration to carry out a “total reconstruction of the International Airport Road from Oshodi.”

The Governor also reportedly accused the “Federal Ministry of Works and Housing” and Security Services of denying the State Government access to the Presidential Lodge in Lagos six months after President Muhammadu Buhari approved it off for the State.

This response is to ensure that members of the public are not misled by deliberate or inadvertent mis-statements.

The allegations of lack of cooperation from the Ministry and frustration of Lagos State Government development initiatives are simply not true and the facts do not bear them out.

In 2016, the Hon Minister for Power Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, approved the use of the Federal Ministry of works yard at Oworonsoki for Lagos State Government to create a lay-by to ease traffic.

The Hon Minister also approved that Lagos State be granted the Rights to manage the Street Lighting on the 3rd Mainland Bridge to support the security initiatives of the State, a request which the previous Federal Government administration had denied Lagos State for years.

During the same year the Hon Minister also supported the approval of the World Bank Loan of $200m to Lagos State, again a request the previous administration had denied Lagos State.

As far as International Airport Road which is currently the ground for alleged “frustration” is concerned, the correct position is that the Lagos State Government presented a request for FOUR roads that it would wish to take over.

This is consistent with the position being canvassed by the Hon Minister for States who are interested to apply to take over Roads that are within their States.

The Ministry has presented the Memorandum conveying the request of the Lagos State Government to the Federal Executive Council as was done with a similar request by the Kaduna State Government in 2016.

Due to the fact that TWO of the roads also connect Ogun State, the Federal Executive Council could not reach an immediate decision on them because it requested the input of the other State Government affected.

The Kaduna State Government requested the Federal Government to transfer two roads within Kaduna Metropolis to the State in November 2015. Due process was followed and the request of the State Government was approved in August 2016, a period of ten months.

Federal Executive Council Memorandum are debated and commented upon by all members and in cases of roads, surveys, maps and other material have to be provided to assist members understand the location and connectivity of the roads, (in this case Four roads), in order to assist how they vote on the Memorandum.

As far as the Presidential Lodge is concerned, it is under the management of the Presidency and not the Ministry.

After the approval by Mr President that the Presidential Lodge be handed over to the State Government, there was a directive to the Ministry to work out the modalities for handing over.

The Ministry has prepared a vesting instrument to convey the transfer and all that is needed is a survey plan.

The Presidential Lodge is a high security location and officials of the Ministry also require security clearance to enter in order to do any works.

Access to the lodge is not under the control of the Ministry.

The motive behind this public accusations must therefore be scrutinized coming barely a week after the Governor spoke with the Honorable Minister, Mr Babatunde Fashola SAN on the outstanding requests of the State for several minutes and the Minister took time to explain the situation of things to the Governor. (The first telephone conversation the Governor has had with the Minister since May 29, 2015).

If there is any lack of co-operation it is on the part of the State Government that has refused to acknowledge not to talk of approving the Ministry’s request for Land of the National Housing Programme in Lagos.

The Ministry is not frustrated by this lack of response and remains optimistic that a response will come from Lagos State.

The Ministry remains committed to serving the Government and Good People of Lagos and will treat all their requests on Merit and in accordance with necessary due process as will be done to other States.

As far as the refund of N51Billion is concerned this is not a new item. Almost all if not all states have these claims and the Federal Ministry of Power Works and Housing has verified these claims.

What is left is the process of raising the finance to pay the Debt owed to the States.

Those who are familiar with the workings of Government will attest to the fact that it is an intricate sequence of processses, consultation and collaboration.

Equating processes to a lack of co-operation is therefore akin to creating a storm in a tea cup.

Osinbajo can save Naira by adopting Jonathan’s crude oil swap – Okupe

Former aide of ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan, Doyin Okupe, has said Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo can save the Naira, by adopting a crude-oil-swap arrangement.

The arrangement, which was adopted during the Jonathan regime, saw government exchanging crude oil for refined petroleum products, through third party traders.

It has been replaced with a direct-sale-direct-purchase of crude oil initiative, which has removed middlemen, in the Buhari government.

In an open letter addressed to Osinbajo on Thursday, Okupe urged the government to return to the crude-swap arrangement.

“Nigeria is nearly totally an import dependent economy, we earned about N4.6 trillion from export of crude oil in 2015, while our total import bill was in the region of about N6 trillion; 30 percent of which was dedicated to the import of petroleum products. Actual figure was about N1.8 trillion or $5bn,” he wrote.

“It is obvious that if we can remove or substantially decrease this demand of $5bn from our forex pull, the value of naira will significantly appreciate further.

“Your Excellency, I want to submit that this is achievable through a responsibly and transparently organised crude swap scheme.

“I am not unaware that this administration has undertaken a limited crude oil swap arrangement, but this will not suffice. We need to carry it to the level at which we will not commit any significant amount of forex to import of petroleum products anymore.

“No doubt this option was also tried and to a large extent poorly executed and abused by the previous NNPC leadership. The errors in its manner of implementation can be corrected to give a major relief to the demand for dollar in our economy.

“The statutory allocation of 450,000 barrels of crude oil daily for domestic consumption which has been on for several decades needs to be readdressed for better productivity.

“In this dispensation, the government can start by committing the seven oil majors to the new scheme and after a period of about one year of successful implementation, qualified indigenous companies can be brought in, to join and participate.”
