The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) last night released the Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus.
Nigeria's anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has released the Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus on bail at about 8.30 pm last night.
It was gathered that the anti-graft agency who seized his passport, also asked him to produce two sureties with a N750 million bond each, and that the sureties must be Federal Civil Servants on Grade Level 17.
Mr. Emeka Etiaba (SAN), who is the counsel to Uche Secondus, said: "The PDP Deputy National Chairman has been released but under extremely stringent conditions. For a man whose alleged offence has not been proven, he does not deserve stringent bail terms."
