The much anticipated report reached detectives on Wednesday at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, SCIID, Yaba, where the suspect is being detained after turning himself in.
The autopsy report which was reportedly signed by one Dr. Shoyemi, a Pathologist at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, Ikeja, attributes cause of death to respiratory seizure as a result of water in the head and some injuries also in the head.
With the report, detectives would then continue with the next line of investigation, which reliably will include, among others, the mental stability of Lekan, who is still in their custody, Vanguard reports.
The mother of two was allegedly killed by her husband during a scuffle.
