The Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha was spotted on a motorcycle popularly called okada in Owerri, the Capital of Imo state.

He was said to have abandoned his escort and fleet of cars for okada on his inspection of projects in Owerri.

As the picture goes viral online, many people are left wondering as to what the governor wants to achieve with this while some are calling it a media propaganda.
