They are outgoing national vice chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus; national vice chairman (South-south), Dr. Cairo Ojougboh; former deputy national vice chairman, Chief Bode George; Chief Raymond Dokpesi and Senator Bode Olajumoke, Daily Trust reports.
Top members of the PDP in Southwest had clamoured for the position to be zoned to the region, arguing that it was yet to occupy it.
But PDP leadership led by ousted chairman, Ali Modu Sheriff, zoned the position to Northeast, a decision that infuriated many members in the South.
It was gathered that Dr. Ojougboh, Dokpesi and Prince Secondis from the South-south and Chief Bode George and Senator Olajumoke from the South-west would all pick the forms.
The South-west and the South-east have also started campaign to secure the 2019 vice presidential ticket.
