Kim Kardashian has revealed her struggles with body dysmorphia - as she was filmed having panic attack on the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The reality star opened up about being vulnerable to 'bodyshamers' after she was pictured in some unflattering photographs on a break in Mexico in April this year.
Usually body-confident Kim, was ridiculed as she hit the beach with sister Kourtney wearing a black thong bikini - exposing what her famous figure looked like in the cold light of day.
On the latest installment of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the full extent of Kim's horror at
discovering the snaps was seen for the first time.
"You take pictures and people just body shame you," the star told the camera, adding "It’s like literally giving me body dysmorphia.”
The mum-of-two went on to say that people assume she's comfortable in her figure, but the truth is "I'm so insecure," she said.
As the emotional scenes were aired, Kim took to Twitter to share reaction to breaking down.
"It was tough rewatching having panic attach & having anxiety about traveling, but I’m so proud to also show u guys that I’m ok now, [sic] she shared.
Last night's dramatic episode also showed Kim breaking down in tears over security fears.
Revealing she was still scarred by the terrifying Paris robbery, Kim sobbed as she realised she'd been papped unawares.
The mum-of-two, 36, calls Joe Francis, the owner of the villa where the group of 17 females are staying during their short getaway.
I just have anxiety - are you sure it's safe here?" she cries down the phone while lying on her bed.
"Yeah, Kim. I promise you it's safe," Joe reassures her.
"Do you promise?"
"I promise you it's safe. I have my kids there. It's safe," Joe replies.
To camera, Kim admits she's still terrifeid that she'll be robbed again - especially as the group made such a public entrance when arriving in the country.
She continues: "But it hit me right as we were getting off the plane that all of these people at the airport are gonna see 17 or 18 girls all with our Chanel bags, you know Louis Vuitton this and it just like hit me. We're the biggest target ever."
"I'm just like, ‘Why did I come?!'" Kim tells Joe, before he reassures her again that it'll be fine.
