Do Nigerian Tailors really demand all these from their apprentices?

Hours ago, a Twitter user based in Lagos, Damilola shared an interesting list of items that a Lagos Tailor requested for, from her apprentices before they could have their 'freedom" from her.  While many were stunned, several others argued that it is same thing ith other Nigerian tailors.
