SHOCKING!!! Manny Pacquiao Loses Over 2 Million Twitter Followers Over Gay Comment

I’m still in shock as i’ve just found out boxer/politician, Manny Pacquiao, 37, has lost over 2 million Twitter followers since he made the comment against gay people.

He initially had over 2 million followers on Twitter but now, its reduced drastically to just 10,000 since he made the anti-gay comments which ofcourse, sparked a massive public debate. Then again, is it that Pacquiao’s entire followers are homosexuals or just sympathetic towards the gay community? Whatever the case may be, their influence was strong in the boxer’s Twitter account.

Pacquiao had earlier said that people in same-sex relationships “are worse than animals .” He even went on to explain that animals knew male from female. He said:

“It’s common sense,” he said. “Do you see animals mating with the same sex? Animals are better because they can distinguish male from female. If men mate with men and women mate with women they are worse than animals.”

He made the remark in a video posted on local TV5’s election site.

 However, he later apologized and said” “I’m sorry for hurting people by comparing homosexuals to animals. Please forgive me for those I’ve hurt.

 I still stand on my belief that I’m against same sex marriage because of what the Bible says, but I’m not condemning LGBT. I love you all with the love of the Lord. God Bless you all and I’m praying for you.”

Obviously, his apology still didn’t go down well with those sympathetic to the homosexual cause as he still lost a lot of followers on Twitter. This same man, Manny Pacquiao had only recently built thousands of houses for poor Philippines in his locality.

 Word just reaching Ujuayalogusblog indicates that Nike plans on dropping Manny Pacquiao over his anti-gay comments.
