UNSEEN FOOTAGE: The Moment Libyan Dictator, Gaddafi Was Captured And Lynched By Angry Mob (Photos + Video)

A new unseen footage is gradually taking the internet by storm involving the moment former  Libyan dictator, was captured and lynched by rebels who paraded him in the streets before he was killed.

The footage shot in October 2011, by a rebel fighter, Ayman Almani on his mobile phone, shows Gaddafi being humiliated as he was paraded in a truck as the crowd gathered and cheered their success.

Gaddafi captured by the rebels. He is seen bleeding and pleading for his life
Gabriel Gatehouse, a BBC reporter tracked down Mr Almani and he was shown this unseen footage. Gaddafi’s final moments were more highlighted in this footage than any other as he was seen pleading for his life even as he bled.

“He deserved it,” says Mr Almani as he watched the clip.

“But the people got carried away in the stampede and no-one could stop them.”

It’s learnt that the reporter who was in Libya when Gaddafi was overthrown, recently went back to the war-torn country to track down what happened to the golden gun which became a symbol of the rebel’ victory. The golden gun was Gaddafi’s personal handgun, beleived to have been given to him by his son.
