The former Manchester United striker, who had scored five goals in the 9 -1 win for the club last week, achieved the milestone by netting a headed goal in the 68th minute as the Spanish club saw off Rayo Vallecano 2 - 0 on their own patch.
The three-time Ballon d'Or winner is now edging closer than ever to surpassing Real Madrid legends, Alfredo Di Stefano's who is on 308 goals and Raul Gonzalez who has a total of 323 goals for the club.
The Portugal forward netted in the 68th minute to move Madrid within four points of their great rivals.
