Boxer Amir Khan has dramatically filed for divorce from his wife Faryal Makhdoom as she fights to save the marriage.
The Bolton star took to Twitter to announce that he will go ahead with the split despite his pregnant Yank wife’s pleas to stay together for their unborn child.
He said: “Unfortunately it didn’t work out between me and Faryal and we are still going ahead with
the divorce. We are in goof talking terms.
“We have to think about our daughter Lamaisah who I will always be there for her. I wish Faryal all the very best for the future.”
