Leonardo DiCaprio appears to be wearing a heart monitor as he strolled the streets of NYC, atleast it's what we think.
The pic emerged over the weekend in the East Village, and check out what looks like a round suction cup on his left chest.
It's not the first time he would be seen like this. Not too long ago, he was also spotted with it-
