Britney Spears showed off her rock hard abs and impressive limb bending abilities on Sunday in a series of Instagram snaps.
The 35-year-old posted snaps from her workout while wearing nothing but a skimpy crop top and low hanging shorts.
In one of the selfies, the blonde performs a full split, proving her physique is the product of a lot of hard work. She captioned the images: 'Back at the gym.... stretch and run all the way'.
