Please, how do you go from left to right just four days after giving birth? That can happen? Apparently, it did for fit model, Sarah Stage, the skinny mum who caused an uproar online with her barely-there baby bump.

Four days after welcoming a healthy baby boy (she was 9 months pregnant in the left picture), she shared the photo on the right and wrote "4 days post baby. Total pregnancy weight gain was 28 pounds. I'm excited to resume my workouts in 5 weeks!" Wow!
