Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, is in Kigali. According to reports, he arrived the country this morning to participate in the ceremony for Paul Kagame’s inauguration as the country’s President for a third time.
He will join other leaders in the continent and around the world to participate in the inauguration. He is expected back in the country today.
