Anambra State House of Assembly member representing Idemili North Constituency, Hon. Francis Mmegbuanaeze has died in his sleep. Francis died last night according to a family source who spoke to Anambra Broadcasting Service.
Shockingly, hours before then, the lawmaker attended the APGA Governorship primaries.
