Misplaced priorities, corruption & bad governance.

Can you imagine a country that shares over 700 billion Naira to its three tiers of Govt every month and a country that has rich people that can donate facilities to less priviledged and also a country that a minister can purchase a car of 250 million naira,but look at a classroom in primary  school in the Federal Capital Territory.
