Check out this toddler dressed as Pope at White House Halloween party

President Obama and his wife Michelle threw a Halloween Costume party at the White House yesterday and invited little kids to have fun with them. The most adorable was the little boy in a Pope costume in his Pope mobile. He made the president laugh. Too cute! See more photos below;
