Kano State Government has withdrawn thirty-seven students of Kano State studying at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, Egypt, being sponsored by the State Government.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Mallam Usman Bello, the Director of Press to the Deputy Governor of Kano State and Commissioner for Education, Prof. Hafiz Abubakar.
They disclosed the university had already notified the consultant in charge of the students’ welfare and return tickets have also been provided for the students to enable them come home and pursue an
alternative academic programme.
