A car was seen submerged in flood after hours of heavy rainfall this morning in Ugbowo in Benin city, Edo state. The vehicle was reportedly abandoned by the driver who got stuck in the massive flood which ravaged the area. Other properties in the area have also been reported to be affected by
the flood - which have made the region a no-go area.
