The 31-year-old model got matching temporary tattoos with a man called Eddie, which she shared on Snapchat.
'I'm Chrissy Teigen and you guys get to pick your ultimate henna on my lower back, she announced
in the video.
She was stood outside a tattoo parlour with their daughter, Luna, 13 months, who was wearing a pink romper.
'John got to dance with a woman at his concert, so Chrissy gets to take one man and hold hands with him,' Teigen's off-camera friend said on Snapchat, adding: 'John, don't be jealous!'
She and Eddie then headed into the shop.
Chrissy stripped off her bottom half to reveal nude-coloured brazilian panties, and sat down on a stool to get her henna tattoo.
The pair then showed off the finished product, which read: 'It's a prank, bruh.' Lol.
John, 38, had danced with a fan at his Miami concert on Saturday.
