A popular lawmaker has been dragged into a s*x scandal after he was exposed for allegedly sleeping with another man's wife.
A member of Parliament in Kenya has been exposed after he allegedly slept with another man's wife. The politician identified as MP for Lurambi, Hon. Raphael Otaalo engaged in the act even though he has three wives.
According to Ghafla, the MP was busted by the woman’s husband who discovered the texts the MP had been exchanging with his wife. The angry husband took the MP’s phone number and confronted him on WhatsApp threatening to expose the MP’s adultery to the media.
The MP quickly took a begging tone and promised to pay anything the man wanted, the report stated. He promised to give the husband whatever he needs as far as he doesn't make the matter public.
But, the man refused. The man has released screenshots of his conversation with the MP. However, the MP has said the setup was done by his rivals in the upcoming general elections. It has also been confirmed that the number belongs to the MP.
While responding, the politician said: “This gentleman called me and asked for my assistance as his MP to help him clear his school fees and I told him the only thing I could do is pay part of the money and try and see if the county bursary could top him up. Instead, the next thing I see is me having a conversation showing that I slept with his wife,” Otaalo was quoted by NairobiNews.
He added that he will sue the blogger for trying to tarnish his image.
“As we talk right now I am with my lawyer and after talking to him we will proceed to the CID offices and also see if Safaricom can help track him down,” Otaalo added.
